Started in 2019, we are passionate about providing students with high quality accommodation in Carlisle.
Our houses are design-led and homes we’d be happy to live in ourselves. They are designed to ensure our tenants have an inspiring and safe place to live, socialise and study.
As standard, our houses are fully furnished with high quality furniture. We have a mixture of double and single bedrooms, some of which have private ensuite shower rooms. We know that tenants like their privacy, so we vow to never have more than two people sharing a bathroom.
All bedrooms have keycode locks as standard, allowing tenant privacy and security for their belongings.
Tenant feedback is important to us and we work with a number of high quality tradespeople to keep the properties well maintained.
We’d like to consider ourselves as personable landlords and are happy to keep in touch with our tenants whenever they need us. We understand this may be the first time the tenants have lived independently, therefore we are happy to offer support with any questions they may have (even how to use a washing machine!).
We both grew up in Carlisle and attended the University of Cumbria ourselves, therefore we know the area pretty well. We are happy to provide recommendations for the local area and help tenants who are new to the area to find their feet.
We are also both accredited members of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
